Creating a download system using Filesonic and Filefat

I need a talented freelancer that has good communication skills and that has a good Freelancer.com history to develop a script that uses the services provided by Filesonic and Filefat to allow multiple users to use one account for each service. The way the script should work is that when a user pastes a download link for Filesonic or Filefat into a input box in the script, the script will uses cURL commands to go to [login to view URL], login to the respective account, send the link the [login to view URL]'s servers, and then retrieve the download for the user. For example: A user wants to download a game hosted on Filesonic so he copy's the download URL and pastes it into the script. A few seconds later he is presented with the download. Must include script features: - Cannot use any transload methods (no files stored on my servers) - Has to support Filefat and Filesonic - Has to be very very well documented (many comments) - Has to support simple input box error checking - Has to support error checking from Filefat and Filesonic - Has to send back file size of the file being downloaded - If anything else is needed, I will tell you of it later.
