For the current portal on Joomla CMS, we need some custom development.
Requirements:
1) Must have strong experience in Joomla, php, mysql (especially optimized queries), cross-browser html
2) Must be a company of at least 3 people so there is no interruption in work (no individuals)
3) Must be able to communicate over skype on daily or weekly basis
4) Must be able to test thoroughly and deliver on time
5) Must have a local server environment to be used as a development server (upon task implementation -- to be transfered to our production server).
Please see that you meet ALL the above requirements before bidding. Also, provide your skype name for the initial interview.
