Custom Link Checker pull data via API Calls

We are looking to have a script/software to be coded in order for us to check a large database of links. These links will be updated daily and script/software will need to be run daily. The database of links will have API Calls to pull the data. We are looking to be able to pull the data daily if not hourly then compare and contrast the data and pick separate the bad data from the good data. In depth details can be given once bids are given.
