Custom Meta tag validator

1- A php file for custom meta tag verification. The website owner is given a custom meta tag. The website owner must place the meta tag on their website. The php script calls out to check for the meta tag from the website owners domain name. The script returns a success or invald response when the submit button is pressed t validate. In order of preference the validation would work as follows: The website owner submits a website that they own A custom meta tag is given to validate the website. ( this is where the script works) The user uploads the meta tag The script checks for the custom meta tag and returns a result. presto done.
