Custom Virtuemart Shipping Module and Calculator

Hi, I would like to hire a programmer for the following task : 1. Create an online shipping calculator as attached "[login to view URL]" and place it as link beside the “Add to Cart” button in the “VirtueMart Product Details” page. 2. Create a custom Virtuemart Shipping Module based on the attached "[login to view URL]" shipping calculator . When people buy a product and select the shipping method, the shipping price will be the same as in the calculator result . Basically the price will depends on the following : - Quantity - Weight - Length - Width - Height - Zipcode 3. The length, width and height is in the Centimeters devide by 100 . Eg: size is 1620mm which means its 160cm so we have to type in 1.62 in the Excel Calculator to get the correct value. 4. The length, width and height will be added in the Virtuemart Admin page under “Product Dimension and Weight” tab by us, the measurement entered here is in “mm” , thus you will need to divide it with “1000” to get the value that should be entered in the "[login to view URL]" calculator. 5. Should be able to 50% complete within 1 week and 100% completion after another 1 week. Service provider should able to communicate via Yahoo Messenger, support after sales should be given if in case there are bugs or minor amendment for this task.
