Develope a WodPress Plugin to embed JavaScript snippet in Theme template

We would like to hire a WordPress developer to develop a simple WordPress plugin that will embed our platform JavaScript code snippet in the current active WordPress theme's template. Product Requirements: - The plugin will embed the our platform's JavaScript code snippet the WordPress template - The plugin should be able to accept 4 user parameters that will affect the JavaScript code that will be embeded: - Site ID - Text Field (a number. Should have verification that the input only includes numbers) - Synchronous/Asynchronous implementation - radio button (Synchronous implementation will embed the code between in the tags, <Asynchronous will embed the code right before the tag, default is Asynchronous) - Enable accelerated loading - checkbox (will add another JS line to the snippet if checked, default is "unchecked") - Disable check for dynamic elements - checkbox (will add another JS line to the snippet if checked, default is "unchecked") - All of the above parameters will be available through a single configuration page that should be accessible from the "plugins" sub-menu in the WordPress Admin. - In addition, this page will also show the code snippet that will be finally embedded in the page (will update dynamically as the input option changes), with a paragraph of explanations. - Under the input fields there will be an "Update" button that will embed the snippet in the site. Upon clicking on the button "success message" will appear. - When clicking on the update button, the embeding should by done via jQuery/AJAX without refreshing the page Attached is a mockup of how the plugin configuration page should look like.
