add venue data from foursquare and instagram API

I need to display tips and total number of checkins from foursquare on each of my venue page son my website.

I also need to pull instagram photos that were geotagged (instagram uses foursquare venue database so it should be easy)

Very similar to this site: c*ity*owls*.com/americas/north-america/canada/quebec/montreal/bar/[url removed, login to view] (remove stars)

My website only displays the address, which should be enough to pull this data.

My site uses the pligg CMS which is php/myswl and uses smarty templating.

I will take care of all css and design so please factor in the bid that there is no css or design work involved.
