autosuggest with dynamic form

Hello there, I've included all the files you'll need to finish this small project. Essentially I have a pre-built auto suggest script which pulls data from a mysql database and when an item is selected will fill all the fields necessary. On top of this I am using a dynamic form script which duplicates a field set and increments the ID number. So the IDs of row one are like: employee_name1, id of row two are like: employee_name2. The issue I am facing is that the auto suggest script does not increment but also uses IDs thus it only works with the first row. First you'll need to add your DB connection to test_ac.php. If you run [login to view URL], and upload the sql file to your db you will be able to see the issue. When you run the [login to view URL] file, in the first name input box start typing john or bob, a box will popup to the left, select the name and it will autofill the rest of the fields, and will create a new line underneath. Then try it again...there's the issue. Your task is to get the scripts to work together. I am working with a tight time frame, so please only serious bidders who can do this quickly apply.
