change db from mysql to google doc[excel], + add 1 feature

Hello, Here is an script - [login to view URL] * I dont want this entire script, i only want my part of it. We have to make a form to add,read,close,shift to do work. i want to add 3 features in this script 1. change from mysql database to google docs [excel], 2. any1 can use this who has a gmail account and can make his group eg frinds, office and can invite people in groups.. 3. 1 user can give task to other , can do bcc to others slected, mail alert of task [so many examples are available, mail alert from google docs on due date] 4. very simple, add google latitude map, so that where ever user is, we can get his position.....[from android, thats simple, if he is from computer - we can get his location from IP] Thats all.. I want an experienced person with confidence in himself and must have a winning attitude. Prject time to completion - 3-5days
