Addings fields for registration + maybe election

We have a new website in joomla called [login to view URL] It's basically Canadian lawyers working abroad. We need 2 things: 1) Add a component or module to ENLARGE the registration. It has to be for example, first name, middle name, last name, address, province, country, are you a member of the Quebec Bar, year of graduation, where you do practice, interest in law, websites, telephones, emails, and MUCH more. This is just a simple. It's private. Only admin can see these info. They must have a rank if member or not, if they paid their membership and a kind of system to remind them next time to pay and stop being members if they didn't pay. 2) Second thing is a voting component. All members can vote, in 24 hours delay (for example) to elect their board. But they can ONLY vote ONCE each. And we must be able to verifu who voted, only admin, and keep the rest secrets.
