Agent-specific Joomla MLS listings wrapper

I have a Canadian real estate agent for a client who would like to synchronize her listings from Canada MLS with her website so that her listings (and only hers -- not every listing from her brokerage) are posted on her website. I believe that this site, [login to view URL] uses Joomla with an MLS wrapper, and I need someone to replicate the agent-specific listings function (but not necessarily the same design as this website).
