Contact form

Hi, 1. I have Joomla website and need contact form. Contact form will have standard fields like: - name and surname - email - text field 1 - text field 2 - message - captcha (not necessary this one) When visitor sends this email, it must be send to my <support@mywebsite> email 2. When I search for article with Search box, it finds article. When I click on article to display, it shows it. But on top of article is "Articles" Title and I would like to hide this title. If you can start now, it would be great. Note: I cannot provide you my site login, but you can make video or instructions step by step how to make it.
