Convert Joomla template to use Warp or Gantry

Hi, I have 2 Joomla templates I need them to be updated to rely on either Warp or Gantry framework (depending on further discussions). The bidder is required to: 1/ suggest which framework is better to work with and say why 2/ make a bid (and if the limitation is not enough, please tell me what you think) 3/ give how many day this should take The templates are already made and working, except I need them to be updated to rely on one of these framework.
