Coupon Component

I need a Joomla component developed that I can upload through the extension manager to my site. The component will integrate with my existing opencart shopping cart. I currently use Joocart, which acts as a bridge to integrate my opencart into my Joomla 2.5 site. I also have a multi-vendor extension running on opencart. This extension allows multiple vendors to be able to list their products for sale on my site and my site is then like a virtual mall. What I need specifically to be developed is a Joomla component that allows my vendors to be able to list special “coupon deals” in my opencart store and these coupon deals will have a randomly generated barcode of maybe 11-14 digits. I need the following requirements linkable to menu items (in the admin for me) but managed and displayed in the front end by each of my vendors. 1. I would need a simple form, maybe 8-10 input boxes for price, description, regular price, begin date, end date, attach an image, etc. for entry of the coupon deal by my vendors. This form would be mapped to the database tables in opencart. My opencart will display items in my store. I would prefer this form to be in AJAX and have an example of the coupon design styled with css etc. also displayed on screen as the form is being filled out in real time. 2. I need a way for each vendor to create their own PIN code as the method for redeeming coupons spent at their business location. This PIN code needs to be 4 digits and is always linked to their vendor ID number. And of course the ability to change their PIN code too. 3. I need a main account page for each vendor, with an overview of yearly sales $ totals, yearly coupons total sold and then various, simple administrative/account features for each vendor, such as active coupons, description, quantity sold, amount of coupon, Total $, sold to whom, dates of sale etc. And closed coupons with similar data. Obviously a link to “List a coupon” as well. From the customer side… when a person buys a coupon deal, they would checkout using opencart. (all payment API is already integrated) When payment type is processed and confirmed, the coupon can be presented. I need the functionality for a random, but unique barcode to be generated and displayed on the “Coupon” at this time of sale, along with the other details of the coupon design. There needs to be a button option to Print and also a message saying the coupon is available in their account and the mobile app(separate project to come). When a customer goes to redeem a coupon, they can either take in a printed copy or show it on their mobile device. If shown on their mobile device, I would need an input box and a submit button on the screen where the coupon is displayed. The customer shows their mobile device and the vendor would enter their PIN code and click submit. This coupon is now marked as “redeemed” in my database and cannot be used again. And of course any coupon in a customer’s account already redeemed, cannot be displayed at the point of sale anymore. I would also need a few simple account details on an “account page” available to each customer, such as current coupons, redeemed coupons, basic totals and dates purchased. All of the above, of course, I would need access to from the admin side, including the ability to add coupons myself on behalf of any vendor. Also… Payment settlement to my vendors, Changing the coupon design in basic html and css, and viewing all pertinent sales statistics of coupons. Thank you for your bids!
