Create New Joomla 3.0 Template & Extension Installation

Need someone who can create a Joomla 3.0 template that will work with major mobile devices for a small company. All photos and content will be provided, your job will be design the template, tell us what extensions will work best for us (social media, seo, one direction form fill, scalable to mobile devices, ability to add testomonials, yelp &/or [login to view URL] ratings integration, a single embedded video hosted on youtube The server is all set up and you will have full access while you are working. If you can/want to customize a prefab template (like from templatemonster), we can do that as well. My suggestion would be to give me a fair hourly price and that way if the scope changes, you will be compensated adequately.
