Create joomla template and load content (very small site)

We are looking to convert a very small static HTML site into a joomla site. We've installed Joomla on the new server. We just need somebody to: 1) create the Joomla template 2) copy the content/images from the old site to the Joomla site Here's the original static HTML site: [login to view URL] There are approximately 10 static pages on the site. NOTE: The images being used for the navigation menu can be converted to text to allow for easier menu management.
