changes to Joomla Website

I need some small changes to a website that I currently have built into Joomla.
I'd like to change the top of my site to resemble this site, myclarityfinancial.com.
I'd also like to reduce the blue background of the scroller from 360px to 275px.
I'd like to reduce the space between the text on the home page and the 3 sections of text below it to about half.
I'd like to add an image to the About US page.
I'd like to know if Joomla has a drop down menu feature and if not could you program one. THis is not pertinent but I'd like to know if it's possible.
