I want an anonymous search site using web-based proxy like [url removed, login to view] and like proxify.com. Look at both sites compare and tell me how you can make this better, and faster than anything around. Speed is vital. Study both sites. I want to be able to offer 2 tiers, a free version with limits I can set as the admin, and a paid subscription that offers more of course. For example, I need to be able to offer totally free anonymous web searching to anyone. This will be supported with ads. That in mind, I would like a tiny admin feature so I can rotate text links or banners on the free version. Maybe you have better idea, but the free version needs to be supported somehow. I also want to log IP addresses of users so as an admin I can see details of users. A billing system for my merchant account would also eed to be considered so I can accept recurring monthly subscriptions for people that want the full version. I have paypal and real merchant account. So all you may need to do is connect the dots. If this is all new to you don't bother bidding because it may not be worth your time. You see, the basic script most sites that offer this use, seems to be the same. So, you only need to modify and use imagination to make it the best in the world. That said, building from scratch is not needed because I already have the guts of it. If you're very good at programming, you're fine then. This project is alot easier than I am making it seem. Liek I said, I have the bulk of it. But it is inferior and I want the best anonymous searching site possible. Price is negotiable. Thank you.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
