Automatic Hotmail account registration

Hello! There is a active Hotmail account address that I do really want to get, and I have found out that when I am mailing this account I get a replymail with: "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:" "SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:: host [url removed, login to view] [[url removed, login to view]]: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable" I have been in contact with the Hotmail support about this, and they say that I have to try to register this account often and if I are lucky to try just after the 90 day inactivity period has expired(if the user abandons the account, dont login for 30 days, and dont recreate it within 90 days)), I will proberbly get it. Therefore I would like to have a PHP script that runs on a server, once every hour(cron job), and automatic fills in the "new Hotmail account form", and also will be able to read the letters and digits from the picture and fill them in as well. And...if the account is free, then register it of course, and send me a mail(from the server) that the registration is made. Then I can start using the account. Thats all.
