Bash Script to List Directory Contents and Associated MD5sum

I need a bash script that will run the md5sum command on every file in a directory and print out the full file path and the corresponding md5sum. I would prefer this is done in a bash script, since I may have to modify it. I think this would be pretty straight forward for a bash person, unfortunately I'm not that fluent in it and it would probably take me a couple of hours. You probably could do in a fraction of that time. I need ASAP. So for example I have a directory called dir with three sub directories (sub1, sub2, sub3) and in each of those directories there are two files.
