Build a web network sniffer for media files - functionality similar to ngrep but determine what audio file is being played/transmitted. We need some one who knows how the HTTP protocol and network administration work (solid understanding) and is intimately familiar with ngrep. The desired functionality is akin to ngrep and the ability to determine which files are being requested from our site to the host site. We need this function written in PHP.
