Build/sell a PXA320-system to me or tell me where to buy!

I am looking for a SMALL (max. typical PDA-size) ready-to-use PXA320-based computer running Linux (or similar like uClinux). I only need two seriell connections, but one USB-connector would be nice to have! I found some small systems like the ones from Gumstix, but they are still using the PXA270. If you are able to tell me where to buy such small ready-to-use devices using a PXA320 with 128BM, I will pay you $20 (or more if they are a VERY lgood deal)! Maybe you are able to build such a device? Then I will pay more! There are some websites showing half-the-way: They have a PXA320 on a SODIMM with a DIMM200 connector, but their carrier board is too big for me! And the real problem: They always needs an evaluation board, which is too expensive to buy for just this small project!
