Summary:
I want to build a business website from scratch that can describe a product, allow for paid subscribers to view premium content, and contain an image processing web application.
Requirements for applicant:
1) Excellent English and communication skills
2) Highly skilled with website creation and PHP programming, knowledge of Joomla is a plus
3) Highly organized to allow me to easily see what work has been done and how to management the website
4) Must be willing to submit me a written statement demonstrating understanding of these criteria and communication skills
5) Must be willing to undergo a trial period with me
Overall project goals and timeline:
1) Quickly set up a professional website with information on the product, a customer survey form, and the ability to sign people up for a product newsletter
2) Web programming of an image processing application that can manipulate and display images that users upload
3) Add premium subscriber content and payment functionality to the website
