Create an autoresponder

I need to have an autoresponder created for me. I have an extensive spec sheet but that is not all. I also have an existing system that has been customized and customized and is lacking in functionality and expandability (although I do have features I would like to retain and add onto). It is important that you read the deliverables. Cant live up to them - DO NOT BID! Programmer chosen will receive full specsheet. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. I must retain all the code to this software. I do not want to work with anyone who thinks they can use my ideas and replicate my work and sell to others. If you think so, do not bid on this project. 3) I only want to work with coders who are efficient, dependable and reliable. Do the project right ONCE!!!
