1. The project is a kind of Guest Book.( The user will post messages) 2. It is not a forum. No need of comments for the submissions. No smilys, Pictures etc., no registration required for the user. The users personal info submission is optional but the fileds should be present. 3. The buyer can understand any technical terms and the methodologies you are going to use for the project. So you have the option to ask technical doubts( about understanding and giving options). Before the submission get added in the pages the admin will approve the contents. 7. Separate Login for Admin area. 8. List of pages should be there. 9.
