CSV customer database uploading to Magento with working encrypted passwords

I'm looking for a developer to take an existing CSV database and upload it into our Magento installation with the existing plain text passwords properly formatted into Magento 1.7 MD5 salt encryption. The existing passwords must be preserved which is why we need the help. This simply requires someone with PHP/Magento experience which we don't have in-house. There could be more projects to come if this goes well. Looking for a quick turnaround.
