Basic PhoneGap Project - Stage 1: Mobile App Skeleton with a few simple functions

Hi Freelancers, I have the SKELETON of a mobile app that needs the screens to be built into a PhoneGap project/build. There will be only 14 different screens that need to be coded into the Phonegap build/project at this stage (If you prove to be good at communication, coding & the end product is responsive & of a high standard - you will be invited back for the other stages) 1) 9 Navigation screens (when you click on the navigation menu, it gives you a different screen depending upon what type of user you are) 2) Homepage screen 3) Logout screen 4) Update Email/Password screen 5) Forgot Email or Password screen 6) Forgot Email or Password message screen There will only be a few very BASIC functions which will need to utilize a MySQL database and must work over a WiFi or 3g/4g signal .... 1) Test for WiFi strength & display it on the WiFi Meter graphic (which has been provided) 2) Login using email & password 3) Logout 4) Update Password/Email 5) Remember Me (recalls last email used when box was ticked) 6) Forgot Email (sends details of account to email if in dbase or error message if no account) The end product must be ... A) Exported to an iPhone/Android app and tested to be quick, highly responsive & bug free. Installs should be sent during the duration of the project and not at the end. B) Exported to a Phonegap project and compressed into a zip file and given to me C) Quality code that is in an OOP style If there is anything else, I will provide additional information later Good luck and thank you for your bids Bryan
