Ads links modification

This is a classifieds ads website. Currently the ads posted on the site are not allowed to post links that could be indexed or followed by google or other search engines. So all the links on the site's ads are currently <noindex> and <rel="nofollow"> If you see the view source for this page [login to view URL] you will notice the links for this ad have the noindex and nofollow tags that restrict the search engines from following the links... I need someone to make some changes so that the site administrator/webmaster can modify from the backend/site's administration area to allow selective links for an ad to be indexed or followed. This means these links will not be <nofollow> and <noindex > You can see the admin area here - [login to view URL] Admin pass - admin123 You can either choose to make these settings as a value inside the database or choose another method to do so... The job must be completed by tomorrow. Budget around $20 - 25 but is negotiable... I will help you with this and guide you what files and where the changes need to go. (changes would need to be done for just 2 files actually...) Please reply after having a look and what procedure you will follow to make the necessary modification.
