Advanced search

I have a website that contains a databse of properties that must be searched. The pages are built and the results page works fine. The database is incomplete but contains enough information for this project. I have two methods for searching the database: a simple search, which returns results off based on the region of the property that is selected in the drop down. It works like a charm. Then there is an advanced search that returns results which include checkboxes for user selected region, number of bedrooms (from a drop down), price range of property (from a dropdown), and options (tennis court and pool). The form is built. I do not know how to build a search that is capable of querying the database off of those multiple user selected options. I need someone who can build that search from my pre-built currently working method in the simple search. So basically, you are not starting from scratch on this one as part of it works.
