I am having this error in my website: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'support/ticket/2046' in 'field list'
SQL: INSERT INTO `t_replies` (`message`, `support/ticket/2046`, `user_id`, `ticket_id`, `ip`, `updated_at`, `created_at`) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)
when i try to respond to a support ticket. This should be very simple to fix, i just don't know how. I will pay $5.00-$10

Sounds like instead of support/ticket/2046, you want to remove that, and use 2046 as the "ticket_id" in your query. However, it's impossible to know without seeing your database table.
