Bitcoin and Casinocoin CryptoCurrency Integration

My last job was not posted properly and person(s) had the wrong idea of what i needed to be done so i rewrote it to clarify more. I need someone to implement Provable fair play, and the ability to play with crypto-currencys in particular CasinoCoin and Bitcoins into one of these already existing Games. Some features this script/Game will need to have: 1)Provable Fair Play. 2) No downloading, Ability to play in your browser. 3) A Unique Url that will act as the players "deposit" and "withdraw" page. (Alt-currency symetrical to Litecoins) 5) A way for us to hold the incoming Btc / Csc on the server or to a wallet on our pc. 6)Editable (I)play amounts, and (II) payout percentages. for example: (I)User playing with Btc will not play with "1" Btc/Credit as that would be anywhere from $500-1000. The system must be able to grab a current price from cryptsy, bitstamp, etc and transform it into the min bet amount(if we set it to $1 then the min btc per spin would be around 0.001. Remember we need users to be able to play with bitcoin or CSC. **they dont have to be able to play at the same time.** (II)Game pays out at 90% then if a player plays with $100 he will "expect" to get $90 back. 7)Everything needs to be safe and secure so hackers can not bypass anything and gain access. By no means do you have to create a stunning page for the profile page it can be a bland white page but must have the abilities we described above.
