Build and deliver a complete web application using Zend Framework or similar platform

I am looking for a reliable and professional freelancer or small team to deliver a web application on preferably Zend Framework or very similar platform (like Symfony). You will be provided with most of the front end html and all of the design assets but successful delivery of the web app and debugging will be your responsibility.
You will need to meet the following conditions, absolutely necessary. Please don't apply if you don't meet them:
- good command of English
- professional attitude
- available full time for this project
- proven track record of previously built apps
- full understanding and experience in building responsive websites, compatible with tablets, mobiles and latest browsers
- located in a similar time zone, preferred: Europe, South Africa, USA
- no middle men and agencies
Approximate schedule below:
Week 1 - 10 March (this is our internal preparations)
Week 2 - 17 March
Finalise the website technical specification and the sitemap
UX/UI design - missing pages, navigation elements, popups, dialogues, admin panel, emails etc
Week 3 - 24 March (this is when I need your programmer)
Start front end coding (Html/Css)
Start back end coding - platform setup, database, server setup, foundations
Week 4 - 31 March
Login and registration:
Welcome email
Facebook login
Forgotten password page + emails
Welcome page
Security and encryption
Week 5 - 7 April
User account settings:
Management of users
2 levels of access rights, full admin (profile keeper) and contributors (family members)
Update personal info
Update password + email confirmation for security
Profile visibility (public/private)
Week 6 - 14 April
Timeline setup:
Configure basic profile data - name, avatar, dob, dod, photo
Add photo
Add multiple photos
Photo uploader - [login to view URL]
Week 7 - 21 April
Add simple text quote
Embed video - You Tube, Vimeo
Add event - date, time, title, description, photo?
Add anniversary - date, time, title, description, recurring, photo?
Week 8 - 28 April
Commenting on photos and videos
Comment moderation and management
Notifications to other users
Social network integration
Push notifications to Facebook and Twitter
Week 9 - 5 May
User account settings:
Manage invites + invite email (family members, contributors, etc)
Manage notifications (how often, what, how)
Design and code notification emails:
Weekly digest of the profile activity (discuss)
Anniversary reminder
Event reminder
Week 10 - 12 May
Feedback and quality assurance
Testing and QA
Launch stage 1
