Car Dealer Software

Needed is web based software to administrate buying and selling cars. A login entrance with a selection of the database. The entrance has user, password and database name. After logging in the user will see the cars still not sold. The functions are:

1) Adding a new car to the list

2) Car inventory or car list with these fields:

Car-ID: Text 25, Car: Text 50, Purchase-date: [login to view URL], Purchase-Price: 999999.99, Selling-Dates: [login to view URL], Selling-Price: 999999.99, Comment field: Text 256, Maintenance/Expenses: 999999.99, incl. Tax (true/false), tax field: 999999.99, Win: 999999.99 and 2-3 custom fields

3) When select a Car in the list, then this can be edit to the right hand site

4) Tax calculation is equal = (Sell price – purchase price) * 19% if the field “incl. tax” is false or not tagged.

If it is tagged, then the tax is equal = (Sell price – purchase price) / 1,19 * 19%

5) Win calculation is equal = Sell price – purchase price – tax – costs if the field “incl. tax” is false or not tagged.

If it is tagged, then the Win is equal = Sell price – purchase price – tax – costs

6) If the car is not sold yet, then win and tax is zero

7) Printing Reports

8) A Report list of all not sold cars or inventory cars

9) Car Sold Report per month to show win and revenue

10) Import cars from [login to view URL]
