The auto email seems to work almost specified.
The two changes needed are
1. The Update and Email should be greyed out if one or both of the bank reference and bank account fields have no data in them (I notice that it is greyed out intially but if you edit these fields to remove the data the email button stays live.
2. The text of the email at present says

The profit share component was $0. The profit share component must be declared on your income tax return as Trust Income
In fact where it says 'in name of Trust' on the fourth line it should actually display in <name of trust>
You can find the name of the trust from the company in the Trust field of the Project database.
You should display the name of the company. ie in Test Project it should display Steven xxxxxx xxxxxxburg
