Clothing Site, add Canada to check out country with custom shipping prices Open Cart CMS Only takes orders from USA now, but they want to add Canada, but with different flat rate shipping...$30 flat rate unless order is over $300, then shipping is free Canada $30 flat shipping spend over $250, shipping is free USA $9 flat shipping spend over $100, shipping is free Current it is set up to make the free shipping automatic if their order is enough.
