Complete ERP package Development

To build a Complete ERP package in japanese in a short time, i am looking for following. *You must have At Least 5 ZEND developers with 2 Designers available to work from mid december to complete the project by March 2015 . *I need you to allocate a project manager who will be dedicated for this project only. *I need to do communicate with each developer and designers everyday. *I need daily progress report from each individual and progress report as a team. *Project need to be completed by March 2015. Regarding cost, we can discuss. In the bid please specify your 1person/month cost. Accordingly we can calculate the total cost. *Regarding the Project, i will tell you later. But i dont have detail wire frame on english. I have japanese documents, and basing on that we can go on discussing and if you can make some translation of that document then its best. *The project will include the following Part ->End User Management ->Reservation management (end user will do reservation in the shop) ->Sales Management ->Staff Mgmt ->Product Mgmt ->Shop Mgmt ->Shift Mgmt of staffs ->CMS/EC site (End user can either come to shop by making reservation..or can buy product online) There will be various Users like super admin/admin/shop owner/staff/end users. So there will be allocating authority regarding which user can use which function. So basically it will be big project, So i need a company to handle it instead of a single freelancer.
