Create Image scaler to existing website - repost

Need help with JQuery Image Cropping plugin I want to be able to upload images from desktop to this plugin and have 2 presets output image sizes back. You create a page where you upload the image from your desktop to this program and when you crop the image it will save it to your desktop. I want to work with some one that can help me for a long time and not some one that just want to make a quick buck. You must speak English and not only chat!!!
