Create backend for Profile Directory Website

Hi, we've created the screenshots for how the website should look. we need to create a backend to upload the profiles of the Doctors in a hospital. We need a simple CMS to be able to edit the data for each department, edit the menu and upload some content and profile information for each doctor. I'm attaching the screenshots for which we require some info. i will provide dedtailed, daily support to complete the job with excellence. ## Deliverables Backend requirements: 1. Be able to manage the menu 2. Edit content for each department page 3. Upload photos and be able to crop and change brightness/contrast if possible (crop is a minimum) 4. be able to edit any profile and photo through admin. Frontend Requirements: 1. Create content-enabled, 2 layer javascript menu 2. Make stylesheet reflect the screenshots 3. Make content appear correctly Screenshots attached.
