Create a custom Woocommerce plugin for Wordpress

We need a woocommerce plugin to: Allow a customer (we call participant) to: - Select to Stat a new group - Join a group that already exit - Join without a group or without creating a group If they select a new group: - Prompt them with the group name - Allow them to checkout then create a group with their name - A person that created the group will be able to see all persons names that chose their group in their admin panel - Allow admins to see groups and participant and total money raised If they select to join a group: - Let them select a group already created form a drop down - Allow them to checkout normally but assign them to the group selected If they join without a group or without creating a group - Allow them to checkout normally Other information: - Our cart will only have one item - We'll be also using the donation plugin from codecanyon to allow for extra money to be donated at checkout - When checking out a person can select multiple (item/ticket) for every ticket/item selected we'll have to display a fill in field for Name and another for Size. - We're using woocommerce so we can accept [login to view URL] and also manager orders/tickets - using a shortcode we'd like to be able to display the teams and total money they raised and sort them form highest to lowest Message me and I can provide you with a website that has similar functionality.
