Create 190 products inside online shop (OpenCart)

Looking for someone to enter 190 products into Open Cart (ecommerce solution) via the backend. The products are available from the current website, and excel / xml file of the product table is also available - see attached file. (it does not include the images)
This work can be done manually or automatically through import / export - that is up to you! The current website can export the information, however it will not include all fields required.
Eventually I must have in OpenCart the following:
190 products with the description, price, meta tags, product options.
products will be assigned into the categories as per the current site.
images will be assign to the products as per the current site.
product filters will be assigned per the current site.
*** This should be a fairly easy project, there are not too many products all together, and with a wise solution this can be done very quickly. Therefore I will look for a quick solution and a low bid, please don't waste your time to bid too high - I don't have high budget for this project. ***
Milestone will be released after all data is entered into Open Cart.
