Custom Vicidial agent UI

We need Vicidial agent user interface customized according to details below. We need 4 User Interfaces, Automated Mode UI, Semi-automated mode UI, Manual dialer and Configurations UI. 1) Fully automated mode It should be capable of dialing through a database of phone numbers and playing a recorded voice message. This voice message is in 3 languages. So software should be able to prompt the user with language options to select from. For example it should play a voice record saying "Please dial 1 on your phone for language 1, dial 2 for language 2 or dial 3 for language 3". Then it should play the selected voice recording. All voice messages (including any instructional voice messages like "Please dial 1 on your phone for language 1..." etc ) should be changeable, meaning that we should be able to record a new voice cut and replace it with an old voice message. 2) Semi-automated mode Where software dial the next phone number from the database and allow the phone operator to speak with the user. Operator then select a voice recording to play based on users spoken language. There should be 3 buttons for 3 languages. User interface should be very graphical but very easy to use by a telephone operator. 3) Manual dialer This should be a striped down version of semi-automated version. This simple manual mode is for testing purpose. We should be able to input a telephone number and test the system functionality. 4) Configurations There should be a screen to input telephone numbers and to upload a CSV file to the database. A detailed requirements specification will be provided to the short listed freelancers for further understanding.
