Auto Phone Verify Program by Text

I have a program I need built that will be able to auto phone verify by text. It should be able to login to accounts specified, navigate through encountered buttons, enter a phone number from a list that is imported using each number a specified number of times. When the text message is received to email. The program can use POP3 to parse the code and plug into the site. Then continue process until account is verified.
