Chilispot & Smoothwall Expert Needed

I have a freeradius authentication server that is used for capture portal purposes, Username passwords and queries are stored in a MySQL database the system is managed through a php front end. I would like to modify my freeradius with some pluggins that were written by a linux programmer. I would like the pluggins to be recompiled into the radius setup. In exchange for free wireless we require the user to download a small program that will run advertisements while the user remains logged in. All of the programming for the ad bar has been completed as well as a 2nd program that will monitor the ad bar on the user’s computer. When the ad bar is closed (by the user or by other means) the server needs to drop the user’s connection so he/she will have to re-login again and run the ad bar, we would like to build this feature into our custom free radius server.
