Bespoke Order Form for OS COmmerce

Looking for an experienced programmer who has experience with both PHP MySQL and OS Commerce

Project involves backend programming to calculate bespoke picture canvas costs and add to an existing OS Commerce shopping cart.

User Interface is based on a simple form that will allows various options to be selected entered. Costs are based on user input i.e. dimensions of frame thickness of frame and type of canvas all selectable from a custom form (some validation will be required as some options determine subsequent available options)

For example dimensions greater that a particular size will require support bars backend validation will capture this and automatically add the cost of these to the total cost.

Once completed the form needs to allow the user to add the order comprising of total price quantity and description to an existing OS Commerce shopping cart.

Several user options (drop downs) on the form will need to be populated from a MySQL table or separate DB this will also require a simple web page populated with the values so that these can be edited by my client . For example one of the canvas options is fine linen this has an associated cost per cm2. The client needs to be able to update the cost via a simple web page.
