Changes to Eng/Korean OSC site, plus implement Chinese

I have an OSCommerce site - [url removed, login to view]

There are some final changes to be made (see below).

Then a complete Chinese version is needed (we will do the translations of products etc.)

Note that the website has some customisations; the Chinese version must have all the functionality working.

Changes:

1. The Korean search is not working - must be fixed. (Probably double-byte issue?)

2. Specials must be changed in admin so that a variant can be selected on it's own where a product has more than 1 size (stored in attributes). At the moment admin only allows a base product to be selected as a special.

Ensure Specials functionality all works - including the specials box, correct prices and weights from select through checkout..

3. The 'Categories' menu (left col) must be changed to be 2 'tabs' - 'Categories' and 'Brands'. When the categories tab is clicked, the Categories tab will stand out as 'active' and the Categories box will work as it do now. The main change is that when the 'Brands' tab is clicked it myst also stand out as 'active' - but the menu must show a Manufacturers box (all languages) - and all the related pages must display products within manufacturers (similer to now, where they display within categories). This looks fairly simple as OSC already has code to manage manufacturers list, so its mainly building a new info box.

4. We have 'Extra info pages manager' and CKEDIT installed, but only the 'About Us' page works with this. The Contact Us, Privacy and Conditions pages must be transferred into the extra pages manager - all languages. This is really only changing the links in the menus to use pages from the extra pages manager - I will do all the text content in them.

I will need these changes done first and reasonably quickly.

Once they have been tested then the Chinese version must be implemented - without affecting the main site until it is ready. The Chinese version must do everything the Korean version does.
