clone auctionblox needed!!

I'd need a [url removed, login to view]'s clone with the following feature:

1. Inventory management between ebay and oscommerce store - VERY IMPORTANT, SO INVENTORY IS SYNC

2. Product reservation i.e. if a product is not paid for on ebay but is yet bought then the item and it's quantity should be kept aside. So the orders can be fulfilled or if no payment has been recieved then the quantity can be put back on sale when we decide to.

3. List and manage items directly from your osCommerce shopping cart admin.

4. Generate multiple listings using advanced templating capabilities. (text and html + images)

5. Automated listings and re-listings. A product can have multiple listings and each listing can have a automation rule assigned (list every day till quantity is 2 or 10 or 0 etc.. List on every tuesday (for example).. Keep one fixed listing at all times.

6. Process all eBay sales through your shopping cart.

7. Item sales and unpaid sales reports.
