Adult CMS needs New Funtions

I have a CMS System used for adult oriented website That needs, a few small funtions added. At present it creates thumbnails for all video files in a folder. I need the software to create thumbnails for only one file in folder based on Filename. For example if files contains the word "super" than create thumbnails if not, do not create thumbnails. simple functions like that. Also need to create another set of thumbnails of specified size for use with Free Tour Section of website. From Thumbnail page ability to choose which thumbnails will be used for tour, And default should automatically select random thumbnails for tour.
