Seeking to hire a set of programmers able to build an Asterisk-based hosted contact center.
We suggest to undertake this app on three steps based on a combination of Trixbox, SugarCRM and Vicidial with similar capabilities as Fonality does. Some IVR interaction based on Cepstral or similar will be looked into in the near future.
This is a long term project which require technical expertise in the subject matter along with a high level of dedication and professionalism.
A predictive dialing for SFA and an ACD software for inbound are obviously part of the CRM equation.
This is basically an Asterisk-LAMP project, with PostgreSQL replacing mySQL as the backend DB of choice. It´ll require having a GUI added to it for order setting, account lookup and provisioning.

Bidders must have prior experience building similar VoIP projects. Time is of the essence, so professional coders are encourage to bid.
We´ll be looking for those programmers able to put an experience team-reasonable quote-accesability-delivery time component over the table. Payment will be done through GAF escrow system.
