Automatic synchronization of desktop database to web database

Hi,

I have one ms access database that i use for generating csv file and I import it on online PERL application to get online database updated regularly. To avoid this hassle I need one utility that can automatically synchronize the ms access database with online application (you can modify the desktop application or online application to get solution).
