data trawling and collection from a website

hi, i need an automated script/program that will browse a website competitor and put the information from their site into a database/spreadsheet for me with details from the site. simple enough, the site has a sitemap which spiders off to the other pages that contains the information, about 5 pieces of information(text) to be pulled off and stored. the pages are setup dynamically so each page is in the same format. need this done asap
